TUTORIAL: How to navigate the board and download your Menu Mailers
To help those of you new to message boards, here is a tutorial on how to use the menu mailer section.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased the mailer via Paypal but not yet received a receipt via e-mail, your account has not yet been established. Payments are processed once every 24-hours except Sunday. You will not be able to access anything until your receipt has been issued and your account access established by an administrator.
HOW TO LOG IN
When you come to the main page, look at the upper, right-hand side of the screen. Put your username and password into the blanks, and check the 'remember me' box if you are not on a public computer. Then click on the 'Log in" box.
When you log in after your Menu Mailer account has been set up, you should see the following. Note that if you also have purchased the Recipe Archive, it will also be visible above the menu mailer section.
If you scroll down, you will then see the Volume 1 or Volume 2 Menu Mailer section- your receipt will tell you what Volume and Week will be your first issue. This is where your mailers are. Every week that you have purchased will be visible in this section, except the weeks that haven't been released yet.
You can then pick a week's name, and the forum for that week will come up. This forum will hold all of the discussion (called 'threads') associated with that week. I'll use week 28 as a example.
You then find the thread that says "Sticky: The Mailer" and click on that link, and this is what you will see. If there are several threads about a mailer, the mailer should be the first thread listed.
You can then click on the "VolumeXWkXX.pdf" file to download the mailer. You can also view other people's comments and questions about the mailer and post any questions or comments that you have.

What if I can't see a section I should have access to?
Look on the right-hand side of the blue bar, and you should see a double arrow pointing up or down. That double arrow will open and close the sections from view. Click on it so that it points up. When it is pointing up, all of the areas you have access to will be visible.
The double arrows are circled in red below.

I have read the tutorial and tried twice to find my menu mailer.
I really don't care to be involved with anything other than getting my menu mailer and being able to see recipes for common side dishes. Please help. I am confused. THANK YOU!
If you cannot view them as of yet, your subscription has not yet been processed. KerryAnn does this on Thursdays.

Annie, I'm working on processing subscriptions today. I've been busier than normal due to my dad's illness and the holidays. Everything should be processed by bedtime tonight.
