COCONUT CREAM FRUIT DIP

Steps:
- In a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, beat the cream cheese with the cream of coconut until all lumps are gone.
- Add the whipped topping and mix again.
- Serve with fruit or graham crackers. Keep refrigerated.

CREAMY COCONUT DIP
Steps:
- In a bowl, add the coconut cream
- Squeeze fresh lime into the coconut cream and mix it together
- Finely chop the garlic and add it to the mix
- Add some maple syrup and fish sauce and adjust it for the salt and sugar balance to your preference. Add more maple if you prefer a sweeter dip.(Note: Fish sauce is a very potent and salty ingredient, if you are going to tweak it experiment with it do it a little bit at a time.)
- Add 1 tablespoon of dried shredded unsweetened coconut. This will thicken up the dip and give it a bit of texture. Add more if you want a thicker dip
- [Optional] Adding 1/2 tsp of onion seeds adds a bit more spice and flavour to the dip.
- Enjoy with snacks! :)

- In a medium bowl, combine cream of coconut and dry pudding mix, stir until well combined. Fold in Cool Whip.
- Chill for about an hour before serving.
- Serve with fresh fruit, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels or anything you'd like.
AWESOME CREAMY COCONUT DIP
I love the flavor of coconut but am not crazy about flaked coconut. This recipe gives me just what I love! Terrific when served with fresh fruit slices, graham crackers, and/or graham sticks. Cook time is actually chilling time.

- Add Cool Whip.
- Stir gently until well blended.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hrs or until well chilled.
