PARMESAN ROLLS
My family just can't seem to get enough of these fun, cheesy rolls. They have a delightful texture from the cornmeal and are a great switch from traditional dinner rolls. I like to serve them with spaghetti, lasagna and stew. -Marietta Slater, Augusta, Kansas

Steps:
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add milk, Parmesan cheese, butter, sugar, salt, cornmeal and eggs; mix well. Add 3 cups of flour and beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. , Punch dough down. Shape into 24 ovals; dip each into melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Place on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. , Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to cool on wire racks.

Steps:
- Mix the flour and butter together. Add Parmesan cheese and work into a solid dough. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out chilled dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of 1/8 to 1/4-inch. Use a small cookie cutter or a glass to cut out circles. Re-roll dough and cut out as many circles as possible. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool before serving.

- Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute, or until completely melted.
- Place grated Parmesan in a separate bowl.
- Dip each frozen roll completely in butter then roll in grated Parmesan until covered.
- Place rolls in a 9x13-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and allow to rise for 3-5 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown ground turkey until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Add frozen cauliflower to cooked ground turkey. Cover skillet with lid and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Remove lid and break up any frozen cauliflower chunks. Cook for 2-3 more minutes and stir to incorporate the cauliflower with the ground turkey.
- Pour salsa into skillet and mix well.
- Let cook for 5 more minutes so that flavors can meld.
- Serve and enjoy.

- In a large bowl, add flour and yogurt. Stir with a spatula until yogurt is fully incorporated into the flour and a dough forms. Do not overstir the dough as it will make your bread tough. The dough will be very sticky. Fold in the parmesan cheese.
- Use your spatula to divide the dough into 12 pieces. Place them onto prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart. Use freshly washed hands (washing your hands helps when dealing with sticky dough) to shape your dough pieces to be round and smooth (they should be dome shaped). Slightly dampen your fingers with water to smooth the surface of the bread rolls.
- Bake breads for about 22 minutes or until golden on top and fully cooked. Let breads cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before removing and serving.
