- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook pasta at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain.
- Sprinkle chicken with Italian dressing mix and garlic powder.
- Pan-fry chicken in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cooking in batches if necessary, until the juices run clear and chicken meat is no longer pink in the middle, about 10 minutes per batch. Turn chicken pieces over after about 5 minutes of cooking.
- Transfer chicken to a serving bowl and toss with cooked pasta. Pour Alfredo sauce over chicken and pasta, mix thoroughly, and serve.

- Slice each chicken breast horizontally into 2 thin fillets. Place chicken in a resealable zip-top bag with buttermilk, Buffalo sauce, and garlic powder. Seal the bag and shake to blend ingredients and evenly coat the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine flour, poultry seasoning, and pepper in a shallow dish or pie plate. Blend with a fork or whisk.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Dip chicken in the breading mixture until well and evenly coated on both sides. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Add enough oil to a large skillet so that it thickly coats the bottom; heat over medium-high heat until sizzling but not smoking. Place 2 chicken fillets in the skillet so they fit comfortably; do not overcrowd. Fry until crispy and golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Drain chicken on paper towels and repeat, adding more oil as necessary, to fry remaining chicken. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet.
- Finish chicken breasts in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 8 to 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- In a microwave-proof liquid measuring cup, combine the water and the milk. Microwave on high for 45 seconds.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, garlic powder, Parmesan, and yeast. Mix thoroughly. Pour the milk mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Knead the dough on a clean surface for 5 minutes until smooth, if the dough is sticking to the surface add olive oil 1 teaspoon at a time, then form into a tight ball.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large bowl. Place the dough in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F (230˚C).
- In a separate large bowl, combine the chicken, 2 cups (200 g) mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, pepper, and alfredo sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Place the risen dough onto a floured surface. Roll out the dough so it is twice as long as it is wide and about ¼ inch (½ cm) thick.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roll up all of the sides of the dough to create an oval shape. Pinch the dough and pull it while twisting, wrapping the dough into little spirals and placing it onto the rolled edge of the dough. Continue all the way around until you have several little spirals of dough.
- Pour the chicken alfredo mixture over the dough and spread it until it reaches the edges of the dough. Brush the sides of the dough with egg wash. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top of the chicken alfredo mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

ALFREDO OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN
This is one of my husbands favorite chicken dishes! I make my Alfredo sauce in batches, I refrigerate some and freeze the rest, when we have left over that needs to be used up, I make this!

- Preheat oven to 350°F; place margarine in a 9x13-inch pan and then place pan in oven while preheating to melt the margarine.
- Rinse chicken and cut off excess fat. Combine Alfredo sauce, milk and eggs in one bowl, and bread crumbs, flour, paprika, and cayenne in another.
- Dip chicken breasts in Alfredo mixture, then bread crumb mixture. Double bread if you would like (we always do!)
- When you have breaded all of the chicken, place it in the hot pan with the melted butter, coating both sides of the chicken. If you don't like wasting the Alfredo mixture, you can add it to the pan with the chicken at this point.
- Bake the chicken for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Save the bread crumb mixture for next time--put it in a freezer bag and tuck it away in your freezer.
- Leave the margarine out and use Pam instead for a healthier version!
- Freeze after baking for a quick meal!

- Get two seperate plastic containers. Add the 4 eggs to one container, and the flour and bread crumbs to another container.
- Put one tablespoon of paprika, parsley and Season All in one container and one tablespoon of paprika, parsley and Season All in the other container.
- Put one teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in one container and one teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in the other container.
- Mix both containers well.
- Heat your oil to 375 degrees.
- A couple of pieces at a time, dip your chicken strips into the egg mixture and then coat with the flour and bread crumb mixture. Continue until all the chicken is coated.
- Fry the chicken until completely cooked, the chicken should have a deep golden brown color.
- Fill a large pot with water and add the salt and noodles, cook the noodles according to the package directions.
- While the noodles are cooking, get a medium sauce pan and dump both jars of Alfredo sauce inches Add the crushed red pepper, cover and simmer until warm, stirring occasionally.
- When the noodles are cooked, drain them and return them to their original pot. Mix them with the sauce.
- Serve with the chicken laying on top of the noodles or on the side.
