TROPICAL COCONUT AND BANANA SHRIMP
A light dish that is wonderful for summertime or for dreaming about being at the shore. It blends the flavors of coconut, pineapple, and banana that complement each other so well. I use cooked tail-off shrimp and canned pineapple as it makes the preparation much shorter

THE ORANGE CREAMSICLE - VEGAN / NON-DAIRY SMOOTHIE
This yummy smoothie brings me back to the summer days of my childhood, eating creamsicle pops by the side of the local swimming pool. Add ice if you want to make it a thicker, icier drink - Otherwise it is a thinner, more juice-like beverage. This is such a tasty treat. Gluten-free, pareve, vegan, dairy-free.

- This recipe comes together really quickly, so I HIGHLY RECCOMEND that you prep all the ingredients before getting started.Put salted water on to boil, slice the bacon, place the egg in warm water to bring to room temp, mince the garlic, measure out the butter, pepper flakes, salt, and parmesan cheese, also chop the parsley.
- In a food processor or blender add the egg, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, softened butter, and parmesan cheese. Blend for about 15 seconds until it is creamy. You may need to stop and scrape the sides down. Set the butter mixture aside for now.
