1 3/4 cups just like sugar (or 1 cup sugar or sugar substitute)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted
1 tablespoon sugar free semi-sweet chocolate chips (to taste)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Stir cocoa powder and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until coconut oil has melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Beat eggs, just like sugar, salt, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; stir in cocoa mixture. Whisk coconut flour into egg mixture until there are no lumps. Pour batter into prepared baking dish; sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
  • Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center come out clean, about 35 minutes.

1 cup coconut flour
1 cup crushed walnuts
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
2 cups almond milk
1 cup applesauce
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup agave nectar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¾ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
5 tablespoons carob powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on 2 sides.
  • Stir water and flaxseed meal together in a bowl. Let stand until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • Mix coconut flour, walnuts, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
  • Mix flaxseed mixture, 2 cups almond milk, apple puree, peanut butter, agave nectar, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Add coconut flour mixture; mix until a batter forms. Pour batter into the lined pan.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C). Line an 8x8 in (20x20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper and grease lightly.
  • Melt the butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a double boiler on the stove, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool for a couple of minutes.
