Steps:
- Brew 2 cups of coffee using your favorite brewing method. Cold brew is the easiest method, but drip machines, Keurigs, and large pour-overs like the Chemex also work well!
- Let the coffee cool. You can let it sit on the counter or put it in the refrigerator for faster cooling.
- In your mixing bowl, combine the milk, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Scoop the ice cream into a large punch bowl. Then add the coffee and milk mixture. Stir to combine.
- Serve immediately! We like to garnish coffee punch with fresh mint leaves, cinnamon, or cocoa powder.

Steps:
- 1. Blend the cream cheese with the butter & sugar in a large bowl until it is creamy and fluffy. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well after each is added to the batter.
- 3. Now add the the vanilla bean paste and banana flavoring, and beat until blended together.
- 4. Next add banana chunks, and beat together. Then add the flour baking powder, baking soda to a medium size bowl and stir together till it is blended.
- 5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture and beat till blended.
- 6. In a zip lock bag or small bowl, add the chopped nuts, brown sugar or (white sugar if you prefer)and cinnamon, and blend together till well mixed.
- 7. Add half of the nut topping to the cake batter then stir well to blend into batter.
- 8. Spray a 9 X13 X2 inch baking pan with non stick cooking spray, or use BAKERS JOY(COOKING SPRAY WITH ADDED FLOUR) POUR BATTER INTO PREPARED CAKE PAN AND TOP WITH remaining nut topping. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean.
- 9. OPTIONAL STEP: I CHOSE TO MAKE 2 SEPERATE BATCHES OF NUT TOPPING. I ADDED 1/2 OF THE FIRST BATCH TO THE CAKE BATTER. Then I poured only half of the cake batter into the pan, then topped it with the remaining other half of the nut topping. Then poured the remaining cake batter on top, smoothed it over the first layer and then made a second nut topping & sprinkled it over the top of the coffee cake, and baked as directed. This step Added some EXTRA CRUNCH AND TOASTED NUTS TO THE CAKE.
- 10. SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE LATTE' , tea, coffee, or milk. It was so good.
- 11. This is the book I used for the original recipe."GOOSE BERRY PATCH QUICK & EASY FAMILY FAVORITES"

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, mix the coffee powder, sugar, and water and heat until the sugar has melted and all the ingredients are dissolved and well mixed. Don't boil.
- Refrigerate the mixture in an airtight container until you're ready to use it, at least 30 minutes. The liquid will get kind of syrupy.
- When ready to serve, pour the syrup into a large punch bowl.
- Add the entire gallon of milk and stir.
- Add all the ice cream, by scoops, into the punch. Stir gently to mix. The ice cream doesn't have to melt all the way prior to the party ... it serves as the ice, keeping the punch cold.

A holiday pick-me-up in more ways than one. Based around the classic treat of coffee and Irish Cream, this one has a bit more of a kick with the addition of Bourbon and a bit of banana liqueur to lighten it up. Recipe courtesy Jane Danger.

Steps:
- For the Ice Cubes:.
- Place in each mold a 3 ?- 4 orange peel, manicured and feathered using a small knife. Place one in each mold coiled up slightly. Top each mold with 2 oz cold brew coffee. Freeze overnight.
- For the Banana Dolphins:.
- Use a sharp knife and cut the stem all the way to the banana and a little past to make a smile, Brush the stem opening with a little lemon juice to prevent browning. Place 2 cloves on each banana where eyes will go and place a brandied cherry in the mouth of each dolphin.
- For the Punch:.
- Stir together punch ingredients in a 2 gallon punch bowl. Place 6 ice cubes in the punch bowl and drape 4 feathered orange peels on top of ice cubes. To serve, add 1 coffee ice cube to your glass. Ladle in punch and garnish with an feathered orange peel.
- **Feather Orange peel. Using a navel orange 5 peels can be expected. Using a kitchen towel hold the orange to give better grip while peeling. Peel at a slight angle to get larger swaths. Once done with 12 peels get a sturdy cutting board and a very sharp paring knife. Begin by trimming the peel into a feather shape, narrow to a point at one end. Flip the peel with the pith, facing you. Beginning at the larger end of the peel make close notches on one side making sure not to cross more than half way through the peel. Do the same on the other side. Flex the peel so the notches separate.
