MUFFIN-TIN COFFEE CAKES
With that classic coffee cake flavor and as much sweet streusel on top as there is below, these buttery cinnamon coffee cake minis are the stuff brunch dreams are made of.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with parchment liners.
- In a large bowl, stir together Bisquick™, milk, brown sugar, melted butter and egg called for in muffin ingredients.
- In a second bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Bisquick™, softened butter and cinnamon to form the streusel crumbles.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into the bottom of each muffin cup, followed by 1 tablespoon of streusel crumbles. Top cups with remaining batter, filling each cup evenly. Spoon remaining streusel on top.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or just until the center of each muffin is set.
- In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over the top of warm coffee cakes.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a deep 9-inch pie pan.
- Combine baking mix, milk, sugar, egg, and cinnamon in bowl; mix well. Spread into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Mix baking mix, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon together in a separate bowl using a fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Spread topping mix over cake batter; drag a butter knife across the top as if making a tic-tac-toe board several times.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Your pie pan should be about 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep.
- In a large bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix, sugar, cinnamon, milk, and egg. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pie pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter with a blender or fork. You'll know it's done once you get a crumbly mixture. This is the topping for your coffee cake.
- Spread the topping over the cake batter evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

- Step 1 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Step 2 Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan and set aside.
- Step 3 For the crumb topping, place the cubed butter, sugar, Bisquick mix and cinnamon into a medium mixing bowl and mix well with your hands. Set aside.
- Step 4 In another mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
- Step 5 In a mixer, such as a KitchenAid fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar until pale yellow and fluffy.
- Step 6 Add the eggs one at a time and mix well to incorporate.
- Step 7 Slowly add the flour mixture and milk alternating. Mix to incorporate.
- Step 8 Stir in the vanilla.
- Step 9 Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread out with a spatula.
- Step 10 Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the batter.
- Step 11 Bake for 30 minutes until a cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Step 12 Cool slightly and using a sifter, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
ONE-MINUTE COFFEE CAKE IN A MUG
Steps:
- Lightly spray a microwavable mug with cooking spray and then mix together Bisquick, milk, Truvia, vanilla and coconut oil inside.
- Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the mixture in mug.
- If desired, swirl with the tip of a knife to spread throughout the mug.
- Microwave on high for one minute. Carefully take out of the microwave and devour. Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Using mixer, blend butter, sugar, mashed banana (s), eggs, Greek yogurt and vanilla. Add Bisquick and continue mixing until fully incorporated, but don't overmix.
- In another bowl, combine the dark brown sugar and cinnamon and mix together well.
- In a 9x9 pan, spray with non-stick spray and layer 1/2 of the cake batter into the pan, spreading out evenly. Layer & sprinkle 1/2 of the brown sugar / cinnamon mixture on top, 1/2 of the mini chocolate chips and 1/2 of the walnuts, all in that order.
- Repeat layers all over again with remaining ingredients all in the same order as above.
- Bake 35-45 minutes depending on doneness of cake.
