BURGER KING ZESTY SAUCE
Burger King's zesty sauce is the perfect dip to compliment your onion rings, fries and burgers. You're going to find this recipe really useful as the sauce can go with everything.

Steps:
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the vinegar and the sugar. Stir together and mix until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir together with a rubber spatula. Be sure that all the ingredients are fully incorporated together.
- Taste for seasoning. Put in the fridge and let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving, this will allow the flavors to marry together. After letting it sit, taste again to be sure the seasoning is still on point.
- Store covered in the fridge for up to 7 days. Serve with onion rings, fries, tater tots, fish sticks, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, burgers, or anything else that you see fit!

- Gather your ingredients. The great thing about this recipe is that it doesn't require any strange or hard to find ingredients. Head to your local supermarket to grab mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. You may even have these things in your cabinet and refrigerator already! If you want to make a lighter or lower calorie version, you can use low fat mayonnaise and reduced sugar ketchup.
- Choose your container. This recipe makes about 4 to 8 servings of Zesty Sauce, so depending on the occasion, you may use it all up in one sitting. If that's the case, feel free to just use a small bowl. If you plan on storing your Zesty Sauce, it's helpful to make it in a container that has a lid. If you have an empty condiment bottle, it's a great idea to clean it out and use that for your sauce.

BIG BATCH ZESTY BBQ SAUCE
Approved by even my picky BBQ connoisseur husband. I kind of just came up with it hit and miss, and never really wrote it down until my mother insisted. One gal I gave the recipe to loved it so much she even made it, bottled it, and gave it away for Christmas. It'll last for a couple of months in the fridge, and during BBQ season--it's worth it to have on hand. I usually buy the #10 size of ketchup in a plastic container, so I can store the sauce in it when finished.
