Pour into ice cube trays (preferably square), and freeze. To Make Cocktail: Combine vodka, syrup, and juice in a cocktail shaker, stir to combine. Add seltzer, and divide between two glasses filled with licorice ice cubes. Garnish with licorice stick. Serve immediately.
