I created this smoothie to keep me going in the morning and prepare for heavy workouts. It's high in good fat and antioxidants and will actually fill you up through the morning. It is also dairy-free.

½ cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons coconut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Steps:

  • Blend almond milk, blackberries, blueberries, coconut butter, honey, and chia seeds in a NutriBullet® or blender until smooth and creamy.

1 cup plain yogurt
2 to 3 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process for about 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Top with additional blackberries and yogurt if desired.
