⅔ cup all-purpose flour

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

1 pie crust
5 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 cup flour
1 large egg
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup of melted butter
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1 pinch cinnamon

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Have a pie plate with a crust handy.
  • To Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl combine blueberries, sugar, flour, and lemon zest.
  • Pour into the crust. Pour lemon juice and butter over mixture.
