SLOW COOKER COUNTRY-STYLE SPARERIBS
This is an easy slow cooker recipe. This dish ranks as one of my family's favorite Sunday meals. Serve over cooked rice, using sauce as a gravy. My family is picky so I cut the green pepper and celery in larger pieces so I can pick them out before I serve the meal. It doesn't change the flavor, but my kids don't complain about the icky green stuff.

Steps:
- Season ribs with salt and pepper to taste. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown ribs on all sides.
- Place half of the onion, green pepper, and celery in the bottom of a slow cooker. Place half of the ribs on top the vegetables, then repeat layering with the remaining vegetables and ribs. In a medium bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over the top of the ribs.
- Cover, and cook on High for 1 hour. Reduce to Low, and cook for another 8 to 9 hours.

BONELESS COUNTRY STYLE RIBS WITH CHIMICHURRI PESTO AND JICAMA SLAW
Steps:
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub spices all over Boneless Country Style Ribs, then cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Preheat sauté pan or grill pan, and add oil. Once oil is hot, sear ribs on both sides for 7 minutes per side.
- Place ribs in oven for 30 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part reads 145°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
BONELESS COUNTRY STYLE PORK RIBS RECIPE
Melt-in-your-mouth tender, bathed in a sweet and tangy homemade barbecue sauce, these country style pork ribs are truly something special!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Combine all the ingredients except the pork ribs in a saucepan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Place ribs in bottom of a roasting pan or 9X13 baking pan.
- Pour sauce over the meat.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for an additional 1 to 1 ½ hours. Check them at the 45-minute mark and turn them in the sauce.
- When the ribs are tender, remove the foil and cook for 15 minutes without the foil, just enough to slightly reduce and thicken the sauce.
- Ribs are done when the meat is tender and pulls apart easily.
- Remove the BBQ ribs from the sauce to serve. The sauce can be put in a small bowl to serve on the side.

- Preheat the air fryer or Ninja Foodi to 375*F for about 5 minutes.
- While this is preheating, coat the ribs with seasoning and sauce.
- Once coated well, spray the air fryer basket or air crisp basket with cooking spray of your choice.
- Add the ribs to the air fryer and cook at 375*F for 20 minutes, flipping them after 10 minutes. If using a Ninja Foodi this would be using the air crisp function.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches at least 145*F or your desired doneness.

- In a small bowl, mix together well the Seasoning for Ribs ingredients. Coat each rib well on all sides with seasoning mixture. Place onto large sprayed sheet of foil. Seal well, and place package onto foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours until nice and tender.
- Remove from oven, with tongs carefully open to vent, then remove layer of fat by pulling off with tongs, transfer to a clean sheet of foil and partially close so it doesn't dry out, but still vent. Let rest for 10 minutes to cool down. Then pop into fridge for another 10 - 15 minutes. They'll end up about room temperature, which is what you want.
- In doubled brown paper lunch bags, add dry Seasoned Flour ingredients, twist top closed, and shake very well to mix. In shallow dish or bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
