CABBAGE SOUP SPICY

this is a take on the cabbage soup diet for those who like a bit of spice or zing... the great thing is you can omit or add more of your fav veggies

Number Of Ingredients: 17

Ingredients: cabbage,onion,red pepper,celery,baby carrots,cut green beans,mushroom,dry onion soup mix,stewed tomatoes,garlic,balsamic vinegar,dry basil,black pepper,v8 vegetable juice,water,tabasco sauce,lemon juice

Steps:

  1. combine all items in large stock pot and stir
  2. bring to boil , if soup seems to thick add a little more water
  3. simmer for 1 hour
  4. this makes alot , place in a few small containers for the week and then freeze some also
  5. enjoy !
