- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, melt butter. Stir in the flour, garlic salt and onion salt until smooth; gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add the cheese; stir until melted. Stir in noodles. , Transfer to two greased shallow 2-qt. baking dishes. - In a large(12 inch) ovenproof skillet on medium heat.
- Pour in olive oil
- Add sausage and onions. Saute to onion transparent.
- Toss in garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds)
- Add in broth, tomatoes, half n half, and pasta.
- Stir to combine and raise heat to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer until pasta is tender. (about 15 minutes).
- Remove skillet from heat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Top with cheddar cheese, then bread crumbs and green onions overall.
- Broil on high until cheese is slightly brown and bubbly. Watch it-should take 5 minutes or less)

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish and oil with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain.
- Stir sausage, tomatoes and reserved juice, onion, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, 2 teaspoons olive oil, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper together in a large bowl. - Add chicken broth, tomatoes (undrained), milk, pasta, and seasonings. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

- Over medium high heat, add olive oil to a dutch oven and toss with smoke sausage and onions. Saute until lightly browned. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, only about 30 seconds.
- Add in broth, tomatoes, half and half, pasta, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer until pasta is tender.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in 1 cup of cheese.

BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large skillet cook ground beef and onion in a few drizzles of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook until beef is browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat from pan.
- To the beef add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper flakes. Simmer on medium-low, uncovered for 10 minutes then remove from heat and stir in pepperoni.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles in salted water per package directions. Drain well.
- Return noodles to pot and onto burner with heat off. To the noodles add cream cheese and half and half. Mix until cream cheese has melted. Add Parmesan, mix well.
- To assemble: Layer 1/2 noodles on bottom of baking dish. Top with 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheese. Repeat ending with cheese.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is lightly browned.
- Let stand for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley just before serving.
