4 thick slices mozzarella cheese
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of the pesto sauce onto each flattened chicken breast. Place one slice of cheese over the pesto. Roll up tightly, and secure with toothpicks. Place in a lightly greased baking dish.

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup chopped red peppers
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended. Combine chicken, cheese and peppers in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
  • Unroll crescent dough on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; firmly press perforations and seams together to form 12x8-inch rectangle. Spread chicken mixture onto dough to within 2 inches of edges. Use kitchen shears or sharp knife to make cuts, 1 inch apart, on long sides of dough to within 1/2 inch of filling. 1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
½ teaspoon chili flakes
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
3 cups marinara sauce
1 lb rotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

Steps:

  • Carve out a deep hole in the center of the dinner rolls. Press down the bottom of the bun to create a denser bottom layer.
  • Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to a skillet and cook for about 20 minutes or until caramelized and softened.
  • Add the oregano, basil, chili flakes, pepper, salt, marinara, chicken, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until well-combined, reduced, thick, and heated through.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Put one thin slice of fresh mozzarella at the bottom of the dinner roll hole, fill with approximately ¼ cup (25 G) of the chicken Parmesan mixture, and top with another slice of mozzarella cheese.

1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups spinach leaves
1/2 tbsp. chopped garlic
4 oz. cooked skinless lean chicken breast, chopped
2 wedges The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese
6 large square egg roll wrappers (stocked with the refrigerated Asian items in the supermarket)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet by spraying it lightly with nonstick spray; set aside. Place butter in a skillet and bring to medium-high heat on the stove. Once butter has coated the bottom of the skillet, add onion and salt. Stirring often, sauté until softened and slightly browned, about 6 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low. Stirring occasionally, continue to cook onion until browned and caramelized, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside. Return skillet to medium-high heat on the stove. Add spinach and garlic and cook until the spinach has wilted, 1 - 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to the large bowl. Add chicken and cheese to the bowl, breaking the cheese wedges into pieces as you add them. Mix thoroughly and set aside. Place two egg roll wrappers on a clean, dry surface. 2 (8 ounce) packages Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls (makes 16 rolls-low fat version is just as good)
2 cups skim milk or 2 cups low-fat milk
1 (8 ounce) bag shredded kraft sharp 2% cheddar cheese
1 1/2-2 lbs chicken breasts
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup (reduced fat is just as good)

Steps:

  • Boil chicken until fully cooked.
  • Let cool; cut into small pieces.
  • Mix 1/2 cheese and chicken pieces together.
  • Unroll crescent rolls (1 package at a time, keep refrigerated until then or they get sticky).
  • Roll up chicken and cheese in side rolls.
  • Simmer 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of cheese until cheese is melted.
  • Pour soup mixture in pan to coat and place roll ups on top. Pour additional soup mixture on top of rolls.

Steps:

  • For filling, in a small bowl combine cheese, mushrooms, the 1/4 cup yogurt, chives, parsley, and pimento.
  • Place 1 chicken breast half, boned side up, between 2 pieces of clear plastic wrap.
  • Working from the center to the edges, pound lightly with a meat mallet to 1/8" thickness. Remove plastic wrap.
