1 1-oz. package Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet
6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
½ cup sliced scallions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
28 oz. shredded hash browns, refrigerated or frozen

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  • Mix the sour cream, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet, crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Add the shredded hash browns and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Pour into the baking dish, and cook, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes, until crisp and golden.
  • Serve warm.

1/2 onion, chopped and sauteed
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
3/4 cup bacon bits
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
3 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, bacon bits and ranch dressing mix. Add cheddar cheese, onions and hasbrowns.
  • Place in greased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake 35 minutes or until bubbly.

2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
½ cup melted butter
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 sleeve buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed
½ cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a glass 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine potatoes, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup melted butter, onion, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; spread into the prepared baking pan. Mix crushed crackers and 1/2 cup melted butter together in a bowl and sprinkle over potato mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling and browned on top, 60 to 90 minutes.
