- For dressing, whisk together first 4 ingredients. In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add celery, cranberries and almonds; toss with dressing. Gently stir in cherries., Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour before serving.

- Combine cranberries and sugar; let stand 30 minutes. Add next 5 ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in whipped cream; chill.

CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spread the pecans and walnuts on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until lightly toasted, about 6 minutes. Cool completely and roughly chop.
- Stir together the sour cream, chives, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Add the celery, apples, grapes, cranberries and nuts and toss to combine; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

- Mix mayonnaise, lemon peel, and fresh lemon juice in medium bowl to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 2-1/2 cups; pour into small saucepan. Bring to boil. Add to dry gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
- Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, nuts and celery. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Refrigerate 2-1/2 hours or until firm. Remove salads from liners before serving.

CHERRY CRANBERRY SALAD
My mom has made this every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas for as long as I can remember, and now I am the one making it for her to continue the tradition. We always use frozen cranberries, but fresh works fine too. Don't ever settle for cranberry salad from a can when you can make something this tasty so easy. I've had many people say they don't like cranberries but love this!

- Combine cranberries and water in a saucepan. Bring the water to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and cook until all the cranberries have softened and popped, 5 to 7 minutes; remove from heat to cool slightly.
- Stir sugar and gelatin into the cranberry mixture until dissolved completely. Add pineapple with juice, apples, and walnuts into the cranberry mixture; pour into a 2-quart serving bowl.

- Place mixed berries and cherries in a small bowl. Pour in enough boiling water to cover the fruit. Let stand for 5 minutes. Drain well. If necessary, cut large strawberries into smaller pieces.
- Meanwhile, place apples in large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice; toss until coated. Add celery, walnuts and drained fruit.
- Stir together mayonnaise, sugar and ginger. Add mayonnaise mixture to apple mixture; toss until apple mixture is evenly coated.
- Cover and chill about 30 minutes before serving.
