16 oz pkg penne pasta (cooked al dente and drained)
2 cups milk
2 cups half and half
4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cups grilled chicken (cubed)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Bring your milk and half-and-half to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat
  • Take your saucepan off of the heat and whisk in your Mozzarella cheese slowly until melted
  • Put your al dente pasta, cheese mixture, chicken, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well
  • Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
  • Pour your mixture into your crock pot
  • Sprinkle your Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs evenly across the top of your mixture
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours

salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Steps:

  • Rinse chicken, and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in slow cooker.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
1 jar (26 oz) tomato pasta sauce
1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (2 oz)
2 2/3 cups uncooked penne pasta (8 oz)

Steps:

  • Spray 2- to 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • In small shallow bowl, beat egg until foamy. In separate shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into egg, then coat evenly with bread crumb mixture; place in cooker. Spread pasta sauce evenly over chicken.
  • Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours.
  • Sprinkle Italian cheese blend over top. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 10 minutes longer. Meanwhile, cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Serve chicken with pasta.

½ pound sliced Swiss cheese
8 chicken breasts
2 cups milk
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1 stick salted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix

Steps:

  • Grease a slow cooker insert with cooking spray. Place a layer of Swiss cheese over the bottom. Add a layer of chicken breasts. Repeat layers.
  • Place milk, mushroom soup, butter, salt, and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until butter is melted, about 2 minutes. Mix well and pour over chicken and cheese. Spread stuffing on top.

Add at the end:
1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup (don't add water)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1.5 cups sliced mushrooms (I use 8 oz fresh mushrooms)
1 small sweet yellow onion, diced
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 lb. penne pasta (cooked according to package directions on the stove-top)

Steps:

  • Slow cooker: 5 qt. or larger 1. Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth to the slow cooker, stir until smooth. 2. Add the thyme, pepper, mushrooms and onions. Stir 3. Add the chicken breasts. 4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. 5. After the cooking time is up, start cooking the pasta according to the package directions to Al dente on the stove-top. Do not overcook! 6. Shred the chicken with 2 forks. 7. Add sour cream and half of the cheese. Stir. 8. Add the cooked and drained pasta and stir again. 9. Sprinkle over remaining cheese. Cover the slow cooker and cook for an additional 20 minutes on low. 10. Serve and enjoy!!! Note: If you have extra picky eaters and want to omit the mushrooms and onions, add an additional 1/2 cup of broth. This will replace the moisture from the mushrooms and onions.

1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic tomato basil pasta sauce
3/4 cup water
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, mix chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic salt and red pepper flakes; stir in 1/4 cup of the basil. Spoon into quart-sized resealable food-storage plastic bag. Cut 3/4 inch tip off bag. Pipe filling into manicotti shells.
  • Spray 5-quart oval slow cooker with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix pasta sauce and water. Spread about one-third of the sauce mixture in slow cooker. Place 7 of the filled manicotti shells in pasta sauce. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Spoon another one-third of the sauce mixture over shells. Top with remaining 7 filled manicotti shells; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining one-third of sauce mixture.

BUT i was able to sneak this chicken breast past his taste buds...he even had seconds! AND asked to eat it for lunch tomorrow (today). Whew was i excited.

3 chicken breasts (fully cooked, seasoned to your liking and shredded)
16 ounces alfredo sauce (I used "Clasico" brand..my mom would be shocked I didn't make my own so shuuushhh)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 yellow onion
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 lb penne rigate

Steps:

  • Turn your oven to 375°F Saute your onions in a little olive oil until they are translucent. Do not burn them.
  • Boil your noodles.
  • combine your Alfredo sauce and chicken broth in a pan and mix together. Simmer while your noodles are cooking.
  • Once the noodles are Al Dente, and your sauce has been simmering, drain your noodle poor them back into the pot you used then pour the chicken in and the Alfredo sauce mixture.
  • Stir it all together. And make sure the noodles are well coated.
  • Coat a glass baking pan with butter. Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Cover the top with the shredded cheese.
  • Cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove cover for another 10 minutes.
  • Mangia!
