Ingredients: snow peas,vermicelli,red pepper,cucumber,shrimp,crabmeat,fresh ginger,garlic,sesame oil,black pepper,salt,lemon juice,vegetable oil,red wine vinegar


  1. wash and trim peas
  2. place peas in bowl and cover with boiling water
  3. let stand 10 minutes
  4. drain and set aside
  5. prepare vermicelli according to package directions
  6. drain , rinse in cold water and set aside
  7. in a large bowl , combine noodles , peas , pepper , cucumber , shrimp and crabmeat
  8. in a separate bowl , combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
  9. pour dressing over salad and toss to mix
  10. chill
