  • put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl , place over a pan of simmering water and stir frequently until the chocolate has melted
  • fold in the rice bubbles , coconut and fried fruit and mix well
  • neaten edges then refrigerate till set
  • cut into squares

  • Fold in the rice bubbles, coconut and fried fruit and mix well.
  • Tip onto a tray covered with a sheet of non stick baking paper and spread with a knife or spatula to a thin even layer. Neaten edges then refrigerate till set. Cut into squares.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk. Allow to set up 5 minutes, then fold in whipped topping. Gently stir in 1 cup of the crushed cookies and the chocolate chips. Spoon into crust. Sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies.
  • Freeze overnight for best results. Remove pie from freezer 15 minutes before serving.

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture until blended., Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 24-28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool in pan on a wire rack. Spread marshmallow creme over cooled brownies., In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in cereal.   • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Melt butter in an 8x8 inch baking dish while the oven preheats.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa. Stir in milk and vanilla until smooth. Spoon this batter over the melted butter in the baking dish.
  • Stir together the remaining cup of sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa powder. Sprinkle over the batter. Slowly pour boiling water over the top of the mixture.

  • Beat peanut butter and corn syrup in medium size bowl until well blended. Stir in cereal and mix well.
  • Using a rounded teaspoon, shape mixture into balls. Place on a lg baking sheet lined with foil. Chill several hrs until firm.
  • Place 6 ounces of chocolate in med size bowl and cover. Microwave on high for 1 minute Stir chocolate until melted and smooth. Add the remaining chocolate and cont. stiring until smooth.
  • Using a fork,spear peanut butter balls; dip into chocolate, turning to coat completely; shake off the excess by gently tapping the fork on the edge of the bowl. Return to the baking sheet.
  • Let stand about 2 hrs or until chocolate is almost firm. Sprinkle tops with chopped peanuts. Let stand until hardened.
