  1. berries
  2. fat free sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  3. vanilla extract
  4. water
  5. sugar-free fat-free frozen whipped topping
  6. cocoa powder


  1. mix cold water and vanilla
  2. add all at once to pudding mix , stirring vigorously
  3. place berries of choice in serving dish , top with a few spoonfuls of chocolate mixture and a dollop of cool whip
  4. sprinkle with cocoa if desired
