FLUFFY CHOCOLATE PUDDING FROSTING

Steps:

• Pour the half and half in a medium-size bowl.
• Add in the dry pudding mix and powdered sugar (icing sugar); beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.
• Gently stir in the Cool Whip topping.
• Spread on cake at once.
• Store any left over cake in refrigerator.
• **NOTE** the frosting on the cake is best eaten the same day.

Steps:

• Make pudding according to instructions on box.
• Fold in Cool Whip, mixing well.
• Gently fold in graham crackers and marshmallows.
• Spoon into serving dishes and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Steps:

• In a large mixing bowl, mix together the Cool Whip, pudding mix and jello mix until smooth.
• Fold in crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges and mix until combined.
• Chill in refrigerator until serving.

EASY CHOCOLATE PUDDING S'MORE PIE

Steps:

• Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.)
• Spread 1-1/2 cups pudding onto bottom of crust. Stir half the whipped topping into remaining pudding; spread over layer in crust. Mix marshmallow cream and remaining whipped topping; spread over pie.
• Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

Steps:

• In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Chill until serving. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and M&M's.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in the fruit. Refrigerate until serving.

Steps:

• Whisk granulated sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and salt in a medium pan. Whisk in milk and yolks. Cook over medium-low heat, whisking, until thickened, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and butter; whisk until melted.
• Pour pudding through a sieve into a heatproof bowl set in an ice-water bath. To prevent a skin from forming, press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until cold and set, about 40 minutes (up to 2 days).
• Whip cream and confectioners' sugar in a medium bowl until soft peaks form. Divide cold pudding among 4 bowls, and serve with whipped cream.
