Steps:
- Add a few tablespoons chocolate liqueur to a small rimmed plate. Add a few tablespoons cocoa powder to another small plate and whisk briefly to break up the lumps. Dip the rim of a martini glass into the liqueur then into the cocoa. Set aside.
- Add the chocolate liqueur, vodka, and half-and-half to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for a good 20 seconds. Pour into rimmed martini glass.
CHOCOLATE COCONUT MARTINIS

- In a glass, combine cocoa mix with 2 ounces hot water and stir to dissolve.
- Add 2 ounces cold water, as well as the syrup, vodka, and whipped topping. Stir until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and then strain and divide between 2 martini glasses.
- Garnish with coconut and chocolate, if using. Enjoy!

- Spread the Chocolate Chipotle Powder out on a large plate. Rim 2 (8-ounce) martini glasses by rolling the edge of each glass on a clean wet sponge, then rolling the edge over the powder. Tap the glass gently to knock off the extra powder. Pour the rest of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty. Strain immediately into the glasses and serve.
- Fold the ingredients together slowly and carefully so as not to knock the powder into the air as the chipotle powder can burn your nose and eyes.

- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar together in a small bowl. Press 1 tablespoon of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each prepared cup.
- Measure 1/2 cup chocolate chips and set aside for topping. Evenly distribute the remaining chips among the cups, sprinkling them over the crust layer.
