- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Optional: For a really crispy tortilla bake 2-3 minutes before adding toppings.
- Mix peanut butter and maple syrup and spread on tortilla. Place sliced banana, chocolate chips, slivered almonds, and coconut chips on top of peanut butter mixture. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until chocolate chips are melted and tortilla is slightly crispy.

- Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and 8 oz. white chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir. Microwave 1 to 2 min. or until chocolates are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Add marshmallows, cereal and nuts; mix well.
- Spread onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with cherries and coconut.
- Microwave remaining white chocolate and oil in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. to 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 15 sec. Drizzle over coconut; let stand until firm.

- Melt 1 cup chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup shortening in a double boiler; cool. Stir in flour, sugar, eggs, and baking powder with fork. Spread crust evenly onto a well greased pizza pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Cool.
- Combine 3/4 cup chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons shortening, and water. Melt in a doubler boiler. Stir until smooth. Spread glaze evenly over cooled chocolate crust. Decorate as desired with candies.

- In a medium saucepan combine the butter and marshmallows. Stir over low heat until melted. Remove pan from heat and stir in the crisp rice cereal. Prepare a pizza pan by lightly coating with vegetable oil spray. Press the cereal mixture evenly onto the pizza pan. Place into the refrigerator to cool.
- To make the sauce, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and cocoa in a small bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the pizza crust. Arrange the strawberries, bananas, and kiwi slices over the crust to look like pizza toppings, or make a fancy design.
- In a small cup, mix together the apricot jam with the water. Dab onto the fruit with a brush. This will keep the fruit from turning brown. Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff, drop dabs of whipped cream onto the pizza. Slice like a pizza, but thinner. This is a very rich dessert.

RICE KRISPIES DESSERT PIZZA

- In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the butter.
- Add the marshmallows and stir to evenly coat the marshmallows in melted butter.
- Put back in microwave for 1 minute.
- Remove from microwave and stir immediately.
- Add vanilla and stir well to mix.
- Add cereal and stir well until it is all coated.
- Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Spray generously so the cake doesn't stick to the dish.
- Put the Rice Krispies mixture in the dish and then wet your hands with cold water before pushing down on the mixture to form it into a pizza shape with a crust. The cold water keeps the mixture from sticking to your hands.

- Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl with the butter and golden syrup and gently melt in 10-second bursts in the microwave, or melt it over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until smooth, then take off the heat and stir in the rice pops, coating them gently with the chocolate until they are all completely covered.
- Divide the mixture between nine cupcake or 12 fairy cake paper cases - it's easier if you slide these into a muffin tin as it will help them hold their shape. Leave to set. If you want them to set faster, put in the fridge for 1 hr.

- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, stirring continuously. Once it’s melted, add in the marshmallows and continue stirring until they have completely melted with the butter. Remove from stove top.
- Stir in the rice krispies and stir until they are evenly coated with the melted marshmallow and butter, stir in the chocolate chips and stir to combine with the krispi mixture. Continue stirring until the chips have completely melted into the cereal and marshmallows.
- Line a 9x13 baking pan with wax paper, or coat with butter. Use a lightly sprayed rubber spatula, and pour the krispi mixture into the pan. Use the back of a spatula or a piece of wax paper over the treats, and press into the pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired. Allow the treats to cool, and the marshmallows to set, about 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
