PUDDING SHOTS ALCOHOLIC
I am not allowed to attend any party without a batch of these. At our last party I made over 200 of these and they disappeared. You can use any flavor small size instant pudding and any flavor liquor you desire to come up with your own combination. These are the best! Note-cooking time is freezing time.

Steps:
- Mix together milk and pudding with an electric mixer until no lumps exist.
- Beat in liquor.
- Gently fold in cool whip.
- Spoon into 2 ounce cups, cover with lids and freeze.
- Some pudding and liquor combos I like to use are chocolate pudding and mint schnapps, banana pudding and coconut rum, coconut cream pudding and banana schnapps, cheesecake pudding and raspberry schnapps, pumpkin spice pudding and spiced rum and my ultimate favorite strawberry pudding and banana schnapps.
RUMCHATA® PUDDING SHOTS
These are even better than Jell-O® shots. You could also serve these after dinner in place of dessert.

- Whisk Kahlua and Instant Pudding together until thick (1 to 2 minutes). Once it has thickened, add Rum and whisk until all lumps and clumps are gone. Once the mixture is nice and smooth again, whisk in Cool Whip. Fill almost ¾ of a 1 ounce plastic shot cup with the mixture then cover and place in the freezer. It does take several hours to set. For BEST results, I let them set overnight. Use little ice cream tester spoons when serving them.

I found these pudding shots on the TOH board. I've made this many different times and I'm not allowed to attend the annual family reunion weekend without bringing these. I've switched out the irish cream liquor and used raspberry schnapps and cheesecake pudding, lemon schnapps and lemon pudding, rootbeer schnapps and vanilla pudding, plus many other combos. Any flavor combination that you can find a complimentary liquor for will work.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box for cakelike brownies for 8-inch square pan. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat dry pudding mix and milk with whisk about 2 minutes or until thick. In chilled small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into pudding. Cover and refrigerate until ready to assemble.
- In medium bowl, coarsely crumble a 6x4-inch rectangle of the baked brownies (about 2 1/2 cups). Reserve remaining brownies for another use.

- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.
