Let the NutriBullet® do most of the chopping in this dump-and-blend tomato salsa. It's just the thing for a healthy snack or appetizer.

Steps:
- Add the cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, jalapeno, onion and 1 teaspoon salt to a NutriBullet® tall cup (24 ounces). Pour over the lime juice. Attach the extractor blade and pulse until just chopped. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
MAGIC BULLET SEVEN-SECOND SALSA
This is from the Magic Bullet Cookbook. Posted in response to a request on the forum. The quantity is an estimate. The book doesn't give the servings but measuring with water, the large cup holds about 2-1/2 cups. Based on a suggestion, I have switched the order of onions and tomatoes...in the original recipe from Magic Bullet, the onions go in first and the tomatoes third. Please feel free to adjust any of the ingredients to your taste ... everyone has different tastes and what pleases one person may not please the next. Thank you for your suggestions to make this a better recipe.

Steps:
- Place all ingredients, IN THE ORDER THEY ARE LISTED, into the tall cup (you may need to cut up the tomatoes).
- Twist on the cross blade and place the cup onto the power base.
- Give it several quick pulses. Do not over-process -- salsa should be chunky.
- Remember to apply a bit of counter-clockwise pressure to the cup to keep it from locking-on.
CHOPPED SALAD FOR A CROWD (MAGIC BULLET EXPRESS TRIO)
This is a Magic Bullet Express Trio recipe from their website. They don't always give information like how much it makes/servings, cook times, etc. so I apologize if my guessing is off. I'm posting because of the quantity of Magic Bullet requests. I don't have this machine but if you need an explanation of the parts and usage, go their website: www.bulletexpress.com. This recipe doesn't have any seasonings added, so use your favorite dressing to add flavor. Add your favorite veggies too...Enjoy! They recommend you prepare this just before serving.

- Place the Meal Maker Assembly with Shredder Disc on Base.
- Lock on Slicer/Shredder Cover, placing a very large bowl underneath spout.
- Turn on Bullet Express™ and add lettuce, cabbages, cucumber, and carrots through Feed Tube.
- Remove Slicer/Shredder Cover.
- Flip Shredder Disc over to Slicer Disc side.
- Lock on Slicer/Shredder Cover.
- Turn on Bullet Express™ and put tomatoes and radishes through Feed Tube.

- 1. In small saucepan, cook broccoli, mushrooms, onion and chicken broth until tender.Season to taste.
- 2. Add spinach and cook just until wilted. Pour into large Magic bullet container or blender.
- 3. Add fat free half and half, dash of nutmeg, and pepper flakes if using.
- 4. Pulse until desired consistency, pour into your favorite cup, sprinkle with Parmesan and additional nutmeg, if desired.
- 5. ENJOY!
