Chorizo Cilantro Soft Tacos Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. chorizo sausage
  2. onions
  3. garlic cloves
  4. jalapeno
  5. green onions
  6. cilantro leaf
  7. corn tortillas
  8. sour cream
  9. lettuce
  10. salsa
  11. cheddar cheese

Steps:

  1. combine chorizo , onions , garlic and jalapeno in skillet and sautee over medium heat , breaking up chorizo
  2. cook for 7-10 minutes until meat is cooked
  3. remove from heat , mix in green onions and cilantro
  4. place tortilla shells between two moist paper towels and microwave for 50 seconds
  5. top with sour cream , lettuce , salsa , cheese
  6. or whatever else you like to top with
  7. if entertaining , serve toppings buffet style and allow guests to make their own tacos
