1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup cilantro (packed)
1/2 cup pickled jalapeño pepper rings, plus 3 tablespoons of the juice
1 (1-ounce) packet dry ranch dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch kosher salt (or to taste)
1 tablespoon lime juice
Optional: 2 tablespoons tomatillo salsa

Steps:

This delicious sauce can be used on meats (especially grilled), or may be used as a dip, or on nachos. Whatever!!! Prep time does not include roasting green chiles.

Ingredients

3 cups ranch dressing (I use Hidden Valley)
1/4 cup green chili, roasted, peeled and seeded (canned ok)
1/4 cup pickled jalapeno pepper, sliced (from a jar)
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
3 tablespoons cilantro leaves, fresh, chopped
1 tomatoes, diced, and seeded (preferrably Roma)

Steps:

Pulse all ingredients in a blender, in batchs, until smooth.
Chill and use as needed.

This stuff is habit-forming! This is the best copycat recipe I've found, as it uses homemade ranch dressing; bottled ranch just doesn't taste very good, in this dip.

1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk (or more, to desired consistency)
1/3 cup chopped jalapeno
1/3 cup green chili
1/3 cup cilantro leaf
1 (1 ounce) packet dry ranch dressing mix

Steps:

Mix ingredients in blender or food processor, until smooth.
Serve with tortilla chips, or as a salad dressing.

Ingredients

1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c mayonnaise
1/2 c milk
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic granules
1 Tbsp dill
1/2 Tbsp onion powder
1/2 Tbsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium jalapeño with seeds (if you're a wimp like me take seeds out of both!)
1 medium jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed
1/2 lime, juice of
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 bunch cilantro, stems removed

Steps:

1. Blend all ingredients together til smooth.
2. Serve with chips or crudités. Also works well on fish tacos!
