Cinnamon Maple Granola Recipe

  1. old fashioned oats
  2. walnuts
  3. flaked coconut
  4. pure maple syrup
  5. corn syrup
  6. ground cinnamon
  7. vanilla extract


  1. combine oats , walnuts and coconut in a greased 13-in
  2. 9-in
  3. x 2-in
  4. baking pan
  5. set aside
  6. in a saucepan over medium heat , combine syrups and cinnamon
  7. bring to a boil
  8. cook and stir for 1 minute
  9. remove from the heat
  10. stir in vanilla
  11. pour over oat mixture and toss to coat
  12. bake at 275 degrees f for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown , stirring every 10 minutes
  13. cool , stirring occasionally
  14. store in an airtight container
