Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding Recipe

  1. cinnamon-raisin bread
  2. milk
  3. vanilla pudding mix


  1. heat oven to 350
  2. toss bread with 2 cups of the milk in 13x9x2-inch baking dish
  3. let stand 10 minutes
  4. meanwhile , in separate bowl , mix together the remaining milk and pudding until smooth
  5. pour over soaked bread
  6. toss lightly
  7. bake in 350 oven for 1 hour or until browned and almost set in middle
  8. cool on wire rack for at least 15 minutes before serving
  9. serve warm or chilled
