CINNAMON ROLL FRENCH TOAST
This Cinnamon Roll French Toast smells amazing when baking and tastes even better! Is it a cinnamon roll or is french toast? It's the best of both! This is a delicious treat any day! Enjoy with a hot cup of coffee or a cold glass of orange juice- either way you are in for a treat!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375° and butter a 9x13 baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into 9 pieces, pour all cinnamon roll pieces into buttered baking dish, set icing canisters aside for later use.
- In a medium sized bowl whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour egg mixture over cinnamon roll pieces. Then pour maple syrup over the cinnamon rolls.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until it is baked all the way through. If the top of the cinnamon roll french toast is getting too dark (might happen around the 35-40 minute mark) you can put a piece of foil over the entire dish and then continue baking until done.
- Once finished baking, spread the cinnamon roll icing over the top.
- Enjoy!

CINNAMON ROLL STUFFED FRENCH TOAST
Steps:
- Slice the bread loaf into 1 1/2-2″ thick slices. In the middle of each of those slices, use the knife to cut down into the bread to create a pocket. Set each slice aside.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients for the French toast soak - eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and dash of nutmeg. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the filling. Spread the filling into the pocket of each slice of bread.
- In a small food processor, or bowl, beat together the cream cheese syrup ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet, or electric skillet to 350 degrees, until it is hot. Soak each filled slice of french toast in the egg/milk mixture until it is soaked through, about 2 minutes each side. Spray the skillet with non-stick spray and fry the french toast until it is deep golden brown on each side. Plate, and serve with cream cheese syrup. Repeat with all remaining French Toast.

- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Melt the butter and pour into the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
- 2. Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and separate into individual rolls. Cut each of the rolls into 6 pieces.
- 3. Place them into the baking dish on top of the butter, distributing the pieces evenly.
- 4. Beat the eggs with a whisk. Add the cream, cinnamon, and vanilla; whisk until well blended.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and then sprinkle with the pecans. ( I sprinkle half of the nuts on the cinnamon roll, then the rest on top. )
- 6. Drizzle the maple syrup over the top.
- 7. Place in the preheated oven, uncovered. Bake for 24 to 28 minutes or until golden brown.
- 8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes. While the French toast is cooling, if need be microwave the icing provided with the rolls for a few seconds or until it is a drizzling consistency.
- 9. Drizzle the icing over the French toast and then sprinkle with powdered sugar. ( totally optional )
- 10. Serve by spooning the syrup from the bottom of the pan over the cinnamon rolls. Serve with additional syrup.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Melt butter in microwave-safe dish and then spread into baking dish.
- Pop the cinnamon roll packaging tubes and remove cinnamon rolls and icing. Set icing aside.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters using a small knife and cutting board. Add cut cinnamon rolls to the baking dish in an even layer.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon and beat until well combined.
- Pour egg mixture over the cinnamon roll layer in the baking dish
- Add maple syrup over the top of the egg/cinnamon roll mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
- Drizzle the cinnamon roll icing over the top of the cooked breakfast casserole. Slice cinnamon french toast breakfast bake and serve warm.

- Butter 6 slices of cinnamon swirl bread; place butter-side down into a casserole dish. Butter 6 more slices of bread and place butter-side down on top of other slices.
