CITRUS CRANBERRY DELIGHT
This is another nice summer drink. Good with alcohol also good without, all my drinks can be made with or without alcohol...it's always your choice.

- 1. 1. Chill a tall glass in the freezer until ready to use.
- 2. 2. Place ice cubes into chilled glass.
- 3. 3. Pour in Grand Marnier, vodka, cranberry juice, cranberry ginger ale and lime juice.
- 4. 4. Stir to blend well.
- 5. 5. Garnish with lemon and orange slices and Enjoy!
CRANBERRY DELIGHT
Our family is not a fan of fresh cranberry relish and the canned cranberry jelly is just blah! This is what we serve at Thanksgiving instead.

CITRUS-CRANBERRY SAUCE
Steps:
- Remove the peel and pith from oranges with a pairing knife, cut each section into quarters.
- In a heavy saucepan over medium heat combine oranges, cranberries, sugar, water, and ground ginger. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in lemon and lime juice. Cover sauce and chill before serving. Can be made up to 3 days prior to serving.
CRANBERRY CITRUS DRESSING

- Start by making a simple syrup: dissolve the sugar in the water in a medium saucepan. Add vanilla beans and bring to a simmer. Add the orange juice and cranberries, a dash of salt and some freshly ground black pepper, to taste. Simmer until cranberries begin to pop and become tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Dijon mustard. Chill cranberry sauce until ready to serve. The sauce can be made up to 2 days ahead of time. Just before serving, garnish sauce with freshly grated orange zest.

- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Stir in orange juice.
- In a seperate bowl, combine cranberries, sugar, and apple.
- Add cranberry blend to jello mixture.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into 1 1/2 qt serving dish. Refridgerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

FLUFFY CRANBERRY DELIGHT

Steps:
- In a saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until berries burst. Strain through a food mill or sieve into a large bowl. Add gelatin, lemon juice and orange juice. Cool until mixture coats the back of a spoon. In a small bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
