1 tablespoon red wine
1 orange, zest of
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
1 pinch ground cinnamon
2 -3 ripe figs
2 teaspoons pistachios, chopped to garnish

Steps:

  • Put the red wine, orange zest and honey into a bowl.
  • Whisk in the yogurt and ground cinnamon.
  • Quarter the figs and divide them between 2 bowls.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture around the figs in each of the bowls and sprinkle with the pistachios to decorate.
