BISCUIT: CLOUD NINE RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
• Using your hands or a pastry cutter, work the butter into the dry ingredients until the butter breaks down to pea-sized pieces.
• Add the milk and fold with a rubber spatula until fully incorporated and the dough comes together in a ball.
• Scoop the dough into 12 portions onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush each biscuit with honey.
• Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
• Serve the biscuits with raspberry preserves and whipped cream.
• Enjoy!

BEARS ON CLOUD-NINE

Steps:

• Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir 2 to 3 min. or until gelatin is slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
• Pour all but 3/4 cup gelatin into 12 (5-oz.) clear plastic cups. Beat remaining gelatin with mixer on high speed 30 sec. or until fluffy and doubled in volume. Spoon over gelatin in cups.
• Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm. Top with candies.

"CLOUD NINE"

Steps:

• mix cream cheese and pineapple juice until well blended.
• add whipped cream and crushed pineapple mix well.
• chill till ready to serve.

CLOUD NINE MARTINI

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker full of ice, combine the whiskey, amaretto, pineapple juice, grenadine, and lemon-lime soda. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Serve with a maraschino cherry.n

CLOUD NINE BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325°F Grease 8" square pan.
• Melt butter with 2/3 cup vanilla chips in top of double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat; set aside.
• In larger bowl of electric mixer, beat eggs, sugar, and salt at high speed until very pale and thick, about 5 minutes. Blend in melted mixture and vanilla at low speed. Mix in flour until combined. Stir in remaining vanilla chips and cappuccino chips. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
• Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out almost clean. Top will be crusty and browned. Cover pan with foil if browning too quickly. Cool before cutting into squares.

CLOUD NINE BUTTERSCOTCH SQUARES

Steps:

• Mix the butter or margarine, instant pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla. Stir well. Mix in the flour, baking powder, milk, oats and chocolate chips.
• Bake in 9 inch pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Frost with chocolate icing.

CLOUD NINE - DESSERT RECIPE - (5/5)

Steps:

• Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 c syrup. Beat cream cheese; gradually add syrup. Prepare topping mix and fold into cream cheese mixture. Add sugar, nuts, pineapple and cherries. Chill 3 hours.

CLOUD NINE PIE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Butter a 9-inch pie plate.In a large mixer bowl at high speed, beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form when beaters are raised. Gradually beat in sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form when beaters are raised. Add vanilla and beat into meringue. Fold in nuts, cracker crumbs, and baking powder. Spoon batter into pie plate, forming a high edge.Bake 25 minutes. Turn off heat and leave in oven 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.Spread with whipped cream. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 12 hours. Garnish with chocolate if desired.

CLOUD NINE

Steps:

• Place the Irish cream liqueur, raspberry liqueur, almond liqueur, and banana in a blender, and mix on low speed until the banana is pureed. Add the ice cream andcontinue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. CLOUD NINE PIE

Steps:

• SHELL:Sift 1-cup sugar with cream of tartar. Beat egg whites until peaks form.Add sugar slowly,continue to beat untill blended. Fill 10" greased, pie plate with egg white mixture. Bake 275 deg.oven for 1-hour, Let cool. FILLING: Beat egg yolks slightly. Stir in 1/2 cup sugar,lemon juice and rind. Cook in top of double boiler until egg yolks are thick(8-10 minutes). Cool. Whip heavy cream until peaks form,add vanilla. Fold 1/2 of whipped cream into lemon mixture.Fill meringue shell with this and cover with remaining whipped cream to cover. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Decorate top with thin lemon slices, mint leaves.
