COCA COLA PORK CHOPS RECIPE
This is a recipe for pork chops that are cooked after they are slathered in a liquid concoction of ketchup and Coca Cola.

Steps:
- Place pork chops in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a medium bowl, mix the catsup and Coca-Cola and pour over the pork chops.
- Sprinkle with tops of each pork chop with brown sugar.
- Bake uncovered in a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender.
COCA-COLA PORK CHOPS
The Coke tenderizes the meat. Once mixture has simmered down it will make a barbecue like sauce that is sensational and the pork chops will be so tender, they'll practically fall apart.

Steps:
- Brown the pork chops on both sides and drain.
- Remove from pan.
- Slice onions and fry lightly.
- Remove from pan.
- Pour Coke and other ingredients in the skillet.
- Add pork chops and onions back into the skillet.
- Simmer on low with a lid for 30-45 minutes until liquid is evaporated and a thickened sauce has formed.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together the ketchup, cola and brown sugar.
- Place pork chops into a baking pan and pour cola mixture over, coating well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, 2 tablespoons cheese, salt, dill and pepper. Dip pork chops in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess., In a large skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil. Top with onions; add water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes., Place zucchini over the onions. Sprinkle remaining cheese over zucchini. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender and a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°. Let stand 5 minutes.
