I love having hot cocoa mix on hand but wanted a recipe with a little zing to it. I looked at the best recipes I found around and took the best parts of them, adapted to my own taste and came up with a great, spicy, instant hot cocoa mix.

- Mix all ingredients in an air tight container.
- Add minimum of 3 tablespoons of mix to 6-8oz of hot water or milk, to taste.
- Number of servings depends on how much mix you use. I guessed on the actual number for the recipe.
