  1. self raising flour
  2. salt
  3. sugar
  4. coconut
  5. butter
  6. milk
  7. eggs
  8. cocoa
  9. vanilla


  1. sift together the self raising flour and salt into a bowl
  2. add the sugar , coconut , and melted butter
  3. mix well
  4. stir in the beaten eggs and milk', "spread mixture into a slice tin and bake in a moderate oven 350'f / 180'c for 25-30 minutes", 'when cold ice / frost with either lemon or chocolate icing / frosting
  5. sprinkle some extra coconut over top of icing / frosting if liked
  6. cut into bars or squares
