Coffee Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. flour
  2. baking powder
  3. salt
  4. instant coffee
  5. unsweetened chocolate squares
  6. butter
  7. eggs
  8. sugar
  9. vanilla
  10. walnuts

Steps:

  1. preheat oven to 375f
  2. grease an 8 inch square pan
  3. sift together flour , baking powder , salt and coffee
  4. melt chocolate with butter in microwave
  5. cool
  6. in bowl , beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy
  7. add to chocolate mixture
  8. blend well
  9. stir four mixture into chocolate mixture until blended
  10. add vanilla and nuts and gently mix
  11. pour into prepared pan
  12. bake 25 minutes or until center springs back when light pressed
