- In large bowl, mix cereals, pretzels and pecans. Sprinkle toffee bits on top of the cereal mixture.
- In small microwavable bowl, stir coffee granules and water until coffee is dissolved. Add chocolate chips and butter. Microwave uncovered on High 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
- Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake gently until well coated. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

REAL ORIGINAL CHEX PARTY SNACK MIX
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 275 F.
- Melt the margarine or butter in a shallow pan over low heat. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and garlic salt.
- Combine the Wheat Chex, Rice Chex, nuts, and pretzel rods in a large bowl and drizzle with half of the butter mixture. Carefully mix with a wooden spoon to avoid breaking the pretzels and cereal squares. Repeat with the remaining butter mixture, evenly coating all the pieces.
- Place the mix in a shallow baking pan with sides. Bake for 25 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to evenly toast the mixture.
- Cool for at least 15 minutes and enjoy.

COFFEE CUP EGG SCRAMBLE
Here's a recipe that is easy enough for your older child to make on his or her own, while you're getting the younger ones out of bed.

- 1. Coat a 12-ounce microwave-safe coffee mug with cooking spray. Add eggs and milk, and beat until blended. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds. Take mug out of the microwave and stir. Add cooked crumbled sausage or bacon or ham. Place mug back into the microwave and cook for another 30 to 45 seconds longer, or until eggs are set. Top with cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times may need to be adjusted. You can make it lower in fat by using a low fat cheese, skim milk, one whole egg and a three egg whites or 1/3 a cup of liquid egg whites. Instead of cheese, add a few spoonfuls of salsa or add cooked small chunk potatoes to it as well. You can eat the eggs right out of the mug or pop it out on a plate and serve with a couple of pieces of whole wheat toast.

- Heat oven to 300°F. Grease 15x10x1-inch pan. In large bowl, mix cereals.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat milk, butter and caramels over low heat, stirring constantly, until caramels are melted. Pour over cereals, stirring until evenly coated. Spread in pan.
- Bake 20 to 24 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until golden brown. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes.
- In microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High about 1 minute or until chocolate can be stirred smooth (bowl will be hot). Drizzle chocolate over snack. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in airtight container.
