Company Breakfast Casserole Recipe

  1. cheddar cheese
  2. mozzarella cheese
  3. sliced mushrooms
  4. green onion
  5. butter
  6. cooked ham
  7. flour
  8. milk
  9. eggs


  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. mix cheeses together
  3. put 1 / 2 the cheese in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish
  4. in a skillet , melt butter and cook the mushrooms and green onions until tender
  5. sprinkle all this over the cheese layer
  6. then layer ham over the vegetables
  7. then layer remaining cheese over the ham
  8. combine flour , milk and eggs , blending well
  9. pour this mixture over the layers
  10. bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes , or till mixture is set and lightly browned
  11. let set 10 minutes
  12. cut into squares
  13. may make the night before
  14. cover and refrigerate till cooked
