1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons baking powder

  • Finally add in both kinds of chocolate and stir to incorporate.
  • Spread the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are set and lightly golden and the center appears slightly under-baked.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
12 ounces fresh chicken or turkey sausage, removed from casing
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
3/4 cup couscous
4 red bell peppers (about 2 pounds), halved lengthwise, seeds and ribs removed
