Rub the ribs with Fast Eddy’s All-Purpose Rub on all sides. Put the ribs in your smoker using hickory pellets or wood at 250°F for 3 ½ hours. 2012-03-02 I bought a used Cookshack 150 at an auction for 300.00 bought a new controller for 500.00 and completely stripped it to bare metal and primed and painted it and put new factory stickers on it. So for under 1000.00 I have a new looking unit. I really like it but its a little tricky to use it doesn't need much wood at all. Its easy to over smoke the meat.

Take off membrane using a blunt knife by inserting the blunt knife over a rib bone. Try to pry the membrane up without ripping it. This takes some practice but is worth the effort.
