Copycat Olive Garden Zuppa Tuscana Recipe

  1. hot italian sausage
  2. bacon
  3. red onion
  4. garlic
  5. kale
  6. heavy cream
  7. red potatoes
  8. chicken stock
  9. salt and pepper


  1. in a large soup kettle:

  3. brown sasage and crumble - set aside
  4. 2
  5. cut bacon into 1 / 2" strip and cook in kettle - remove put aside
  6. 3
  7. drain off most of the fat and saute the onion and garlic in the kettle
  8. 4
  9. add the chicken stock and bring to a boil

  11. add the potatoes and cook until almost tender
  12. 6
  13. add sasuage , bacon and kale and heat back to a boil
  14. 7
  15. add heavy creamy and stir , cut off heat and let set 5-10 minutes

  17. add salt and pepper to taste and serve
