Corn And Tomato Salad Recipe

Time: 190 minutes



  1. white corn
  2. olive oil
  3. garlic cloves
  4. fresh basil
  5. plum tomatoes
  6. balsamic vinegar
  7. salt and pepper


  1. remove corn kernels from cob
  2. heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
  3. add garlic and saute 1 minute
  4. add corn and saute for an additional 5 minutes
  5. add 1 / 4 c of basil and transfer mixture to a large bowl
  6. cool slightly
  7. stir in tomatoes , balsamic vinegar , and the remaining olive oil and basil
  8. season with salt and pepper
  9. chill for 3-8 hours before serving
