Cornbread With Jalapeno Peppers Recipe

  1. yellow cornmeal
  2. flour
  3. baking powder
  4. salt
  5. brown sugar
  6. eggs
  7. milk
  8. butter
  9. canned corn
  10. cheddar cheese
  11. carrot
  12. onion
  13. fresh jalapeno pepper


  1. mix dry ingredients together in lg bowl
  2. in sm bowl , mix together eggs , milk , & butter
  3. add to dry ingredients
  4. add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly
  5. fill lightly-greased 12 c muffin pans full w / batter
  6. bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 mins or til top springs back when lightly pressed
  7. remove from oven
  8. let cool before turning muffins out
