MONTEREY SAUSAGE PIE
It's a snap to make this dish using baking mix. I got the idea from a similar recipe with hamburger and cheddar cheese. That version was too bland for my family, but I made a few changes and this is a hit! -Bonnie Marlow, Ottoville, Ohio

FARMER'S MARKET SAUSAGE PIE
Our 4-year-old son, Lukas, named this savory pie for the Saturday morning farmer's market that's held near our state capitol. Most of the fresh ingredients called for in the recipe can be found there and baked into this deliciously different entree. -Teri Schuman, Oregon, Wisconsin
