  1. biscuit dough
  2. tiny peas
  3. ham
  4. margarine
  5. onion
  6. flour
  7. ground black pepper
  8. dry mustard
  9. milk
  10. mild cheddar cheese
  11. potatoes


  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. in a medium saucepan melt margarine
  3. add onion
  4. cook until tender
  5. blend in flour , pepper and dry mustard
  6. add milk all at once
  7. cook and stir over medium heat until thickened
  8. cook and stir 1 minute more
  9. add cheese
  10. stir until melted
  11. stir in potato , ham and peas
  12. spoon mixture into a 10x6-inch baking dish
  13. top with biscuits
  14. bake 30 to 35 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
