Crabmeat Quesadillas Recipe

  1. tomato-basil tortillas
  2. cooking oil
  3. cheddar cheese
  4. jalapeno
  5. crabmeat
  6. roma tomato
  7. garlic clove
  8. fresh cilantro


  1. coat 12" skillet with cooking oil and warm over medium heat
  2. place tortilla in skillet and rub meat from roasted garlic on tortilla
  3. place jalapeno , tomato , crabmeat and cilantro on 1 / 2 of the tortilla
  4. spread cheese on top
  5. add the rest of the items and fold over tortilla to cover cheese
  6. cook for 1 minute and flip tortilla to the other side continue to cook for an additional minute
  7. remove from skillet , slice and serve
