Cranberries and white chips put a new spin on Chocolate Chip Cookies. These cookies are soft on the inside, with a little crunch around the edges. Perfect for the holidays.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two baking sheets. Combine flour and baking soda in a bowl.
- Beat the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and instant pudding with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat the first egg into the butter until completely blended, then beat in the vanilla with the last egg. Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the white chocolate chips and cranberries; mixing just enough to evenly combine. Drop spoonfuls of the dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges of the cookies become golden brown, 9 to 12 minutes. Cool in the baking sheet for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

These cranberry cookies are the perfect holiday cookie recipe for Christmas this year! They're moist, delicious, and full of that perfect holiday flavor.

- Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the sugars, pudding mix, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and butter. Mix until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix in between.
- Add the baking soda and gradually add the flour as you continue to mix the batter.
- Fold in the cranberries and drop a spoonful of cookie dough onto the cookie sheet. Continue until you've used up all the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Serve once they have cooled completely.

CRANBERRY COOKIES

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until slightly thickened and light in color, about 5-7 minutes. The mixture should almost double in size. The eggs work as your leavening agent in this recipe, so do not skip this step. This mixture should form a ribbon when you lift the beaters out of the bowl.
- Add the soft butter and vanilla; mix two more minutes. Stir in the flour until just combined. Add the cranberries and stir to mix throughout.
- Use a 2 tablespoon scoop or a spoon to portion out the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place only six cookies on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 minutes, until the cookies have puffed up and turned golden brown on the edges. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes before transfering to a wire rack to finish cooling.
- To glaze the cookies, stir together the powdered sugar and lemon juice. It should drizzle off the spoon in a thick white stream. Lightly drizzle the cookies and allow them to fully set before storing.

- Mix cranberry juice, vodka, amaretto, and orange juice in pitcher. Cover and chill until ready to serve. DO AHEAD: Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.
- To make 2 drinks, fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in scant 1 cup vodka mixture. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into 2 Martini glasses. Garnish each with clementine segment. Repeat 3 times with ice cubes, remaining vodka mixture, and clementine segments.
COOKIE KISSES
This is more of a technique for differently shaped cookies than a recipe. Of course, your own favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie dough can be used instead of the purchased dough. The cookie bakes up around each kiss in the muffin tin. It is almost like a chocolate filled cookie. The recipe was adapted from Pampered Chef.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter, confectioners' sugar and salt until blended. Beat in cherry juice, extract and, if desired, food coloring. Gradually beat in flour. - Beat 1 1/2 cups sugar, butter, shortening, and eggs together in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Sift flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl.
- Stir flour mixture into butter mixture; add cream cheese and stir until dough is just-combined. Mix cranberries into dough using a wooden spoon. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Whisk 6 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl. Roll cookie dough into 48 equal-size balls and roll each ball in cinnamon sugar; place dough balls 2-inches apart on nonstick baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned but still slightly soft in the center, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
